Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to the event will be charged a cancellation fee (25% of the total order). Cancellations received the day of the event will be charged 100% of the order. If it should become necessary to cancel an order, please notify our event specialist as soon as possible by both email and phone. We will make every attempt to keep the cost billed to the customer at a minimum.
